Returns Policy

Fleur + Dot wants happy customers, so please send a message if you have any concerns after receiving your order.

As each piece is custom made to order, refunds and exchanges will generally not be accepted, including for the following reasons:
- Slight color variations in fabric due to differences in computer screens and colors
- Sizing issues - please ask questions before you order
- Shipping duration. As it is beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays. Please note that international orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive once shipped. However, if a package is deemed lost, we are happy to issue a replacement.

In some cases, a partial refund for custom orders may be worked out with the seller, dependent on individual circumstances - please convo with questions.

If there is an inherent flaw in the item, including any damage from shipping, we will be happy to send a new, like item, once the damaged piece has been returned.
